Delivery Timeframe
Each of our pieces is handcrafted with precision and artistry, requiring time to perfect.

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 months from the date of order confirmation, depending on the level of customization and your location.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping within India: All orders within India are delivered free of charge.

International Shipping: Shipping charges apply for deliveries outside India. The cost will be calculated based on your location and communicated during checkout.
Shipping Options for International Orders
We currently offer two shipping partners for international deliveries:

DTDC (via UPS for last-mile delivery)

A cost-effective option for international shipping (e.g., approx. ₹6,700 for deliveries to the US).

Please note, in rare cases (about 2% of shipments), DTDC may fail to deliver the parcel to the recipient due to limitations in their global partner network.

If you choose DTDC and a delivery mishap occurs, we will be unable to provide a refund as per our policy.

A premium shipping option with faster delivery timelines and a stronger international delivery network (shipping charges start at ₹10,000 and above).

In the unlikely event of a mishap during transit, we offer a 50% refund of your order value (excluding shipping charges) as part of our commitment to client satisfaction.

We recommend DHL for clients seeking added peace of mind and higher delivery reliability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may occasionally impact schedules.
