No Return or Exchange Policy
At Your Bridesmaid Anwesha, each of our creations is made-to-order and tailored to your unique preferences. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Refund & Return Policy
Every piece at Your Bridesmaid Anwesha is handcrafted with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occasionally arise during transit or production.
Refund Eligibility
Unlike many bespoke designers, we do offer refunds in specific situations:

If there is a mishap caused by delivery agents during transit, we provide a 50% refund of your order value.

If the error occurs on Your Bridesmaid Anwesha’s end, we will provide either:

A full refund, or
-
A remake of your order and reship it to you, subject to time availability.

Non-Refundable Orders
As all our veils and accessories are made-to-order and often personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues unrelated to production or delivery errors.
Reporting a Mishap
To qualify for a refund or resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

Delivery Policy
We offer shipping through DTDC and DHL for domestic and international orders:

DTDC (Connected via UPS for international deliveries):
This is a cost-effective shipping option (e.g., approximately ₹6,700 for deliveries to the US). However, in rare cases (around 2% of shipments), DTDC may fail to deliver the parcel to the recipient. Please note, if you choose DTDC (UPS), we do not offer any refund for delivery mishaps. -
DHL (Direct from warehouse to the customer):
This is a premium shipping option with higher charges (₹10,000 and above for international shipments). While DHL offers a more secure delivery network, in the unlikely event of a mishap, we offer a 50% refund of your order value (excluding shipping charges).
We recommend DHL for clients who prefer added peace of mind and a stronger delivery guarantee.
Order Cancellation
As each order is customized and enters production immediately, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been placed.
